Online order cancellation and return policy:
Once your order has been placed on our online store, it may not be edited (this means you are not able to add or change items on this order). All returns/exchanges/order cancellations must be initiated within 30 days of delivery of product.
If you would like to cancel your order and it has not been shipped: Contact with someone in our customer service team will need to be made. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is not always possible to catch an order in time. A 20% order cancellation/restocking fee will be applied to a refund OR 100% store credit will be issued to be used on our web store for future purchases. (The restocking fee covers the process of cancelling the order and restocking the product to our web store as well as issuing the refund or credit).
Parts & Accessories: If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package. Please contact info@colonialarmament.com to initiate an RMA and learn more about that process (this must be handled before packages are shipped back to our warehouse).
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. You must contact us for an RMA# before sending back any item. Returns/Exchanges are contingent upon a full inspection of product(s) once received back into our warehouse. Any product(s) returned with missing parts, or that have been damaged in any way will result in a higher restocking fee OR deemed ineligible for return or exchange.
Approved returns will qualify for a refund issued to the original purchase method, less a 20% restocking fee OR a 100% credit via store credit to be used on future purchases on our webstore.
Firearms & Frames: Due to the limited edition nature of Colonial firearms, we do not offer returns or refunds on firearms or frames once the items have shipped to your FFL dealer. There is also no returns on any other FFL item. In addition, any unauthorized return of a firearm will incur a 50% restocking fee, the balance will be given only in store credit.
COLONIAL ONLY RECALLS PACKAGES IF A SHIPPING ERROR HAS BEEN MADE AND IS CAUGHT PRIOR TO THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED.
